The Pastoral Centre Dunshaughlin will run a six week course in self defence for women .This is a six week course and will start on the 26th August at 10.30am. Bring yoga mat. This course will be run by a fully qualified trainer and a special offer is available. Train for €60 for six weeks. Train for €30 if you bring a friend that joins.
